Health Coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.

Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

6-Month “Supreme Healthy Hearts” 
This comprehensive program covers all aspects necessary for improving overall heart health through changes in diet and lifestyle.  We uncover your key challenges and roadblocks and implement solutions to help you make the needed changes without willpower or deprivation.   

The results you can expect if you implement all the recommendations given during each session are lower cholesterol and blood pressure, stable blood sugar levels, improved sleep, an increase in energy, a slimmer body, reduced stress, and improved moods.  This program can potentially transform your life and is ideal for highly motivated individuals who are ready to make a commitment to themselves and their health while having fun!  


3-Month “Healthy Hearts Jump-Start”

This program is ideal for highly motivated individuals who are not ready to commit to a 6-month program but who want to get a jump-start in the right direction with regard to their heart health challenges.  During this program not all heart health areas or concerns will be covered, and we will not be able to go into as much depth.  We decide together where to focus our efforts given the shorter length of the program at the beginning.

Your 3-month or 6-month program includes:

  • Two 50-minute sessions scheduled every 2 weeks, with the first session being an in-depth health history assessment and goal setting session
  • Personal recommendations for implementation given after each session except the first session
  • Celebration of successes and strategies to overcome roadblocks
  • A supply of educational handouts, exercises, articles and valuable resources
  • Tasty, easy-to-prepare, heart-healthy recipes including the "Heart-Healthy Meals in 30 Minutes or Less" booklet
  • Special rates for you and a friend to attend programs and events that take place during the course of your program
  • Lifetime acces to the Heart-Healthy Beat newsletter (optional)


Session topics can include but are not limited to:

  • Goal setting
  • Changing mindset and beliefs
  • Discussion of the vegetables and fruits you should be eating for your specific health concerns
  • Pros and cons of whole grains and which ones are best for you
  • Protein sources (animal and non-animal) and how much protein is right for you
  • How to reduce sugar, carbohydrate and food cravings
  • Natural and artificial sweeteners
  • Fats:  Should you be eating them or not?
  • Finding movement and exercise that you enjoy
  • Discussion and plan of action regarding personal health concern or challenge
  • Time-saving cooking tips
  • Healthy snacks and eating on-the-go
  • Simple ways to de-stress and relax
  • Improving quantity and quality of sleep
  • How to lower inflammation in your body
  • Ways to free up time in your busy life
  • Wrap up session
